Anu Pande is an experienced educator with more than 17 years of experience. She has been associated with the Clark County School District since 1999. Her educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Science with a major in Chemistry / Biology and minor in Physics from APS University, Rewa, M.P (India), a Master’s in Education from University of Nevada, Las Vegas and specialist degree in School Administration from NOVA Southern Eastern University, Florida.
She is a motivator and an educator whose goal is to see every child succeed and be a productive citizen. Due to this student-centered approach, she has won several best educator awards in CCSD. She is honored by UNLV as the teacher who inspires the most, based on her student’s nominations. She is member of the CCSD Science Cadre, the liaison for RPDP, and a presenter and supervisor for the ARL program for CCSD. Additionally, Anu Pande has the privilege of being the first teacher in the state of Nevada to have a fellowship with American Physiological Society, Washington DC.
Her vision has always been to build a school culture and educational program conducive to student learning and development, and to create a safe and secure 21st Century environment. She encourages good moral values, integrity, creativity, and out-of-box thinking to promote excellence in academics.
As an educator with immense capabilities, she is a mentor for CCSD teachers. She is an ideal wife and a proud mother of two wonderful kids. With her rich experience, multifaceted personality and well-rounded qualities, she is sure to lead the school and community with vision and dedication.
